Unique Boutique Hotel that combines authentic local experiences, modern design and intimate service under IHG Group. Hook Working with MQDC team coordinating in design phase with global studio architects Foster and Partners along with local team in new natural development, The Forestias. As BIM consultant in the project, Hook reviewed the discrepancy between each discipline and gathered all design intent points as first priority in model development with aims to decrease discrepancies points as much as possible before transferring to contractor in construction phase.
