ปีแห่งการเริ่มก่อตั้งบริษัท โดยธงชาติ และทศพร เริ่มจากการให้บริการ BIM Production โครงการก่อสร้างอาคารพักอาศัยรวม ซึ่งเป็นงาน production ที่เริ่มตั้งแต่ออกแบบ ไปจนถึงการก่อสร้างเสร็จสิ้นในช่วงปีแรกของการก่อตั้งบริษัท เต็มไปด้วยความมุ่งมั่น เพื่อให้ผลงานออกมามีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด เพื่อให้บริษัทเป็นที่รู้จักในวงการ บริษัทรับออกแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรมร่วมด้วย เพื่อให้เกิดความผสมผสานระหว่างงานระยะสั้น และระยะยาว

โลโก้ถูกออกแบบโดยคุณธนพัฒน์ ด้วยแนวความคิดคือการนำเอาคำว่า HOOK มาปรับให้อยู่ในรูปทรงที่เรียบง่าย และเพิ่มเครื่องหมาย Infinity ไว้ตรงกลางเพื่อแสดงถึงความตั้งใจ และพลังที่เต็มเปี่ยม ความน่าสนใจของโลโก้ นี้ถูกเลือกจาก 50 สเก็ต ซึ่งถูกนำมาปรับแปลงโดยธงชาติ ในภายหลัง

This logo was designed by Khun Thanaphat Saechour with the idea is to bring the word HOOK into the simple shape. And add an Infinity in the middle to show the intention and full power attractiveness. This logo was selected from 50 sketches, which were later adapted by Thongchad.

Hook เข้าร่วมโครงการอาคาร Mixed Uses The Strand ทองหล่อ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการอาคารขนาดใหญ่ระดับ Ultra Luxuries โดยมีบริษัท Onepointsix Development และ MQDC เป็นเจ้าของ นับเป็นการเริ่มต้นที่ดี และทำให้บริษัทสามารถพัฒนาแนวทางการทำงานในระดับอาคารสูง จนเป็นมาตรฐานให้กับวงการ BIM

Hook ยังคงเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยใน 2019 Hook ได้ขยายจำนวนพนักงาน โดยได้มี สรชา ศิตา และมานิภา เข้ามาร่วม ทำให้ขีดความสามารถในการรับงานนั้นสูงขึ้น จากภาพคือ Staff trip ต่างประเทศครั้งแรกของบริษัท

Hook ได้ก่อตั้งบริการ software development service เพื่อให้บริการด้านการออกแบบ และจัดทำ Cloud Native software ในรูปแบบ ของ Software as a Services กับองค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมการก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้ทันกับอิทธิพลของ Smartphone และ Cloud system ทีมีการพัฒนาขึ้นอย่างมากในช่วงปลายปี 2018 โดยการเข้ามาของกริชนานนท์ ทำให้การกำหนดทิศทางของการให้บริการเกิดขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน ภายใต้ Service ชื่อ Goodwill และ Goodwill ยกระดับจากแผนกของ Hook เป็นบริษัทลูกในปีถัดมา เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการบริหารจัดการ และตัดสินใจ โดยมีผู้ร่วมถือหุ้นได้แก่ ธงชาติ และกริชนานนท์ ในสัดส่วนที่เท่ากัน

Hook has established a software development service to provide and deliver Cloud Native software in Software as a Services scope to every organizations in the construction industry. In order to keep up with the influence of Smartphone and Cloud system that has developed greatly in late 2018. Grichananon set the direction of the service was clearly defined focused point. Service named Goodwill. To response with market direction and growing, Goodwill upgraded from Hook’s division to a subsidiary in the next year as a Goodwill of work company limited, to make organizing easier to manage and decisions making, Thongchad and Grichananont hold half and half in equity proportions.

HOOK increases the number of projects and customers even more than 100% in the same period of last year.

แนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจที่ชะลอตัวของประเทศต่างๆ ในภูมิภาค ทำให้ทิศทางการบริหารของ HOOK ในปี 2020 ถูกปรับเปลี่ยนเป็น ชนะเพื่ออยู่ มากขึ้น จากจำนวนโครงการที่มากขึ้นในปี 2020 ทำให้ HOOK ยังคงเป็นบริษัทที่มีงาน แม้ในช่วงปีที่ยากที่สุด ซึ่งมีการ Lockdown โดยรัฐบาล และโครงการก่อสร้างที่หยุดชะงัก จากสถานการณ์นี้ HOOK ยังคงเติบโตในอัตราเท่าเดิมจากปีที่ผ่านมา
