55 Floor High rise condominium with 423 units at Rama IV road, In the heart of Samyan and Chulalongkorn university zone, for this project HOOK manage the BIM process from the preconstruction and conceptual phase, we split project into 6 zone of clash detection combine for the tall building, due to the design change to align with the change of COVID-19 situation, and the requirement update from the influenced nearest prime area like Chulalongkorn university. We decide to combine the interior BIM model within the unit to show all clash with the MEP, the project using CUP (Central Utility Plant) to distribute the Cold water with air conditioning in every units, there are no condensing unit anymore. Clash detection among disciplines BIM models play the crucial role in this ever tallest project.
