Hook was part of a joint-venture project between Ananda Development and Mitsui Fudosan as BIM manager in construction phase combining a building that included a hotel and service apartment in the heart of convenient location of Pattaya. Hook performed BIM consultancy service with Abuild Management, the construction manager of the project to keep standard of Maru360 BIM execution plan from Ananda during pre construction throughout handover to Facility manager team and make sure that all involved parties are provided the accurate information for future use.
